Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

FieldConvert ("we") runs fieldconvert.com from Türkiye. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the site. Questions: contact@fieldconvert.com.

Your files stay on your device

Every conversion and tool on FieldConvert runs inside your web browser. The files you add are never uploaded to us, and we cannot see, store or recover them. They are gone when you close or reload the page.

To do this work, your browser downloads conversion engines from our site and, for video, audio and text recognition, from the public code servers unpkg.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net. Like any web request, these downloads reveal your IP address to those servers. Your files are not sent.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across websites.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which keeps FieldConvert free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.
• Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and can change that choice at any time.

FieldConvert itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to contact@fieldconvert.com. We hold almost no personal data ourselves; for data held by Google or Cloudflare, you can also contact them through the policies linked above. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.

Children

FieldConvert is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
